SSC CGL Date Declared. It may resume from 27th August to 16th September.
The key to success in these exams is practice, practice, and practice. As per the new norm, SSC CGL revised their exam policies. Unlike previous years where one had to attend 200 questions in a given time of 2 hours, this year onwards the exam will have only 100 questions in a time period of 75 mins.
Drawbacks of SSC CGL previous Years paper solutions:
SSC CGL exam being computerized, one cannot see the entire paper at one go.
No grace timing will be awarded which used to be a privilege of the invigilator earlier.
Candidate will have much less choice to leave any question as each question will have greater importance than before due to the concentration of important questions.
More importance will have to be given to GK section.
One cannot fully rely on Aptitude and Reasoning to get cut off marks.
Bright side of SSC CGL previous Years paper solutions:
No hassle of circling OMR sheet. As per experience circling OMR sheets roughly takes minimum 5-10 precious minutes which will be saved.
Proportionally 15 minutes extra is given. Then again this exam is not about getting pass marks but to do better than everybody else.
Mistakes made in OMR sheet which used to be an irreversible misfortune is no longer true.
More concentration may be given to grammar section.

One should concentrate on Reasoning and Aptitude in SSC CGL.
